Information about the Manpukuji no shidare Zakura
This shidare-zakura (weeping cherry blossom tree) blooms within the grounds of Manpukuji Temple, close to Abe Monju-do. Two cherry blossom trees are on the grounds, and the tree that is right next to the main building of the temple looks stunning from its contrast with the roof. Also, it is picturesque against the surrounding greenery.
